Plant a tree using the metaverse

By participating, you have the opportunity to take concrete action. By purchasing virtual “NFT Seeds”, you grow a tree in the experience, proudly displaying your name. Each seed purchased also represents a donation for the planting or protection of a real tree in one of WeForest’s projects.

So, well it starts at 40 sand for a hive and 100 sand for a tree. It's frankly a bit expensive for a tree donation, I don't know about you but 10 sand, 15 maximum could have made the associations benefit more. We will not participate in this sandbox event despite a very interesting proposal to help our planet.

Weforest

For its first three years, WeForest operated with volunteers, using every euro raised to plant trees. Today, it has grown into a global team of over 90 professionals, with offices in Zambia, Ethiopia, and its headquarters in Brussels.

AfyaAcademy

The Addo Football Youth Academy (AFYA), based in the small South African township of Nomathamsanqa near Addo Elephant Wildlife Park and citrus farms, focuses on breaking the cycle of poverty and unemployment affecting local youth.

Challenges like unsupervised children, poor school attendance, and high dropout rates hinder their education and future job prospects. To address this, AFYA offers an after-school football program combined with educational and career-focused initiatives, aiming to empower disadvantaged children and provide them with tools for a brighter future.
